New build bespoke luxury stone built homes.

A new build care home in Brighouse for a 66-bed high end luxury care home and 24-person day care centre.

Eagle Star House involved the conversion of a former office into a 70-unit apartment block. We assumed all design responsibility for the project, working within an existing floorplate to create 58 apartments and constructing a 4-story extension to provide another 12 apartments including 6 duplex penthouses.

The renovation of Middleton Hall transformed five existing apartments into a lavish 20-bedroom boutique hotel. Additionally, within the estate's grounds, four new holiday cottages were established: the Coach House with five bedrooms, the Lake Cottage with three, the Boathouse with one, and the Folly, also offering one bedroom.

The project involved a combination of converting offices to residential units and constructing new residential homes. It was a joint venture with equity investors and included 11 apartments, 2 cottages, 2 semi-detached houses, and 1 townhouse.

New build commercial and retail units

Henson Developments obtained planning permission to build a commercial unit and student accommodation block with a mix of 4/5 bedroom en-suite cluster apartments and studios in Newcastle
City Centre within a 5-minute walk from Newcastle University & Northumbria University.

Sycamore Square is an upscale 37-unit new-build residential development located in Gosforth, Newcastle. Previously an NHS property, the site has been redeveloped into a modern community featuring 4 and 5-bedroom homes, 4-bedroom bungalows, 4-bedroom townhouses, and 2-bedroom apartments.
