Bridge House is an exclusive and luxurious purpose-built care home situated in the heart of Brighouse. The development is positioned on a challenging wooded site on the edge of a valley. Although the site had a limited area for development, it had the advantage of an existing planning permission for a 60-bed care facility.

The care home features 66 bedrooms, each equipped with en-suite facilities and fully furnished. The layout across four floors allowed for an increased number of bedrooms within the constraints of the location, while also offering a range of amenities:
